Privacy policy
This policy covers three things: this website, the group bot (the moderation bot in the Dama Jianghu group), and Jianghu Escrow. We collect what each service needs and no more. Your Telegram account is your account. We do not ask for a phone number, email address or identity document.
1. This website
The pages are static and contain no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts (as of the current version). Escrow pages make a small request to our own endpoint to read the current fee figures, which carries no personal information. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic access logs such as IP addresses as part of hosting. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
2. The group and the group bot
To decide whether a message breaks the rules, the group bot reads messages in the group. It stores:
- Basic user details: Telegram user ID, username (lower case), display name, when we last saw you, your count of normal messages and when you first appeared (used to tell new members from established ones).
- Moderation records: for each removed or handled message, the user ID, name, action, reason, the beginning of the message text and the time. Kept for about three months.
- Text and fingerprints of allowed messages: used to spot the same ad sent from several accounts. Kept for about three days.
- Short-lived counters: flood counters and the pending state of the join check. If moderators switch on warnings and penalties, a violation count is also kept.
- Moderator flags: whitelist and "no posting" flags (user ID and name).
- Supply-and-demand posts: user ID, username, type, category, title, description, price, Telegram file reference of an image, status and time, plus reports other members file against a post (post and reporter IDs).
- Scam report submissions: the submitter's ID and username, whether it is anonymous, the reported account's username and ID, amount, account of events, Telegram file references of the screenshots, review status and time. Anonymous only hides your name in the group. Moderators can see the submitter during review. The reported account's ID is stored so it can be recognised after a rename and a warning can be shown when it joins. The time of that warning is stored.
- Drafts: half-finished posts or reports and temporary screenshot records. They expire when idle and are cleaned up regularly.
- Lookups ("check a scammer") are not stored separately in the current version.
Images stay on Telegram's servers; our database holds only file references. Posts, reports and user records currently have no automatic deletion period; to have something deleted, contact support. When something is taken down it is marked as removed and may remain in the database.
3. Jianghu Escrow
- Account: Telegram user ID, username, first name, language preference.
- Deals: item or service title, terms, amount, fee, period, status, delivery note, closing reason, and a log of events.
- Money: your balance and ledger (deposits, holds, releases, refunds, withdrawals, any fee debt); deposit requests and on-chain transfers (our receiving address, the sending address, amount, transaction hash); withdrawal records (address, amount, fee, payout hash). We remember your most recent withdrawal address.
- Dispute material: reasons, text, photos, chat screenshots, videos and files, stored as Telegram file references and viewed by our team in the back office.
- Operational data: temporary state of multi-step actions, message de-duplication records, and admin action logs including the administrator's IP, used for audit.
- Deal notices: when a standard deal completes, the bot may post a notice to the group's deal-notice topic with the deal code, amount, time and usernames masked to the first two characters plus asterisks. Deposit deals and rulings are not announced.
4. Why we use it
To run the services, handle disputes, keep order in the group (filter ads, spot repeated mass posts, prevent reported accounts from continuing to cheat), prevent abuse and double-crediting, and meet legal requests.
5. Who sees it
- Your counterparty sees your Telegram username (or name and ID if you have none) and the deal terms.
- Moderators and support see the records and evidence needed for reviews, disputes and withdrawals.
- Anything you post in the group, including approved scam reports, is visible to group members.
- Service providers: Telegram (messaging) and Cloudflare (hosting and database).
- Authorities, when the law requires or a competent authority properly requests it.
- We do not sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Deal, money and dispute records are accounting records kept long-term for audit, reconciliation and future disputes. Group bot moderation records are kept for about three months and allowed-message text for about three days. For other data we currently have no automatic deletion period; to have something deleted, contact support.
7. Your choices
You can stop using the bots or leave the group. To ask what we hold about you, correct information, or object to a scam report, contact support or a moderator. Records tied to money movement may not be fully deletable.
8. Security
Data is stored in a Cloudflare database. The escrow receiving address is fixed in deployment configuration and cannot be edited in the admin interface, and withdrawals are paid out manually so no hot-wallet key sits on the server. No system is perfectly secure. Please turn on Telegram two-step verification.
9. Children and updates
These services are for adults only. We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page.
